Tina Valbh, RPh B.S Pharm, a thought leader in the specialty pharmacy industry, believes in enhancing the accessibility, quality and efficiency of care to patients, providers and drug manufacturers around the globe. For nearly two decades, Tina has focused on advanced research, development and care delivery of high touch biopharmaceuticals.
Tina is a seasoned marketing executive focused on devising and implementing growth strategies for increasing revenue and expanding market share. She has developed channel strategies and has lead multi-disciplinary teams to launch new products for a number of groundbreaking specialty drugs, including drugs used for rare orphan diseases.
Tina has a significant background of developing clinical protocols for the management of patients with complex conditions. Her responsibilities have included the creation and implementation of drug safety programs; design of therapy adherence and persistence improvement programs for patients and physicians; and project management and timeline development for new drug launches. She has also performed the design of systems and processes to optimize clinical data capture; analysis of disease management outcomes; development of clinical education and training programs; design of compliance programs and procedures; and management of FDA registration trials.
Tina has served as an advisor for Kroger Specialty Pharmacy and currently serves as an advisor for BeneSol Wellness and Flossolution. In addition, since 2010, Tina has been appointed as a Special Government Consultant to the FDA’s Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Board. Tina earned her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy degree at Drake University in Des Moines, IA and holds a pharmacist license with the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
